Knockbain closure

After a recent electrical survey highlighted fire safety concerns at Knockbain Church, the decision has been taken to close the church until repairs can be made.

Our minister, Susan Cord is inviting everyone to join in worship with the Killearnan congregation, on April 22 and 29.
“We extend a warm invitation to everyone who would like to attend the 10:15am service and/or the 7pm evening service this Sunday 22 April,” she said. “We especially invite everyone to come along and meet the Moderator, Rt Rev Dr Derek Browning, who will be preaching at our 7pm service as part of his visit to Ross Presbytery.”

A joint service is also planned for 29 April, which will take place in Killearnan at 11am.

The congregation is looking for an alternative place to hold a service in Knockbain Parish on 6 May.

Updates on worship arrangements and the progress of the repairs will be posted to on the website.
